After a gruesome practice, full of drills and running, 3 players decided to stay after practice to get some extra practice time in, before their big game next week against the Bulldogs.
Charles Herron is the starting goalie for the Tide, he was asked, “What do you guy have to do in order to win this game, and what does it mean to you to win this game?” He took a pause and said, “We have to play the best lacrosse we have ever played. We have to capitalize on opportunities and play good defense, but this game means every game to me. We lost last time and I will do whatever it takes to not get beat by the same team twice.” Head Coach, Jackson Carter was asked about the late-night practice.
He stated, “My boys asked me to stay late and help them. They are all about winning, and there is nothing that can stop them from doing that except for their selves.” The tide meets up with the bulldogs next Monday at 3 to see who will come out victorious in this heated rivalry
